Well to be more accurate "I" have returned, since I'm the only one who actually contributes to the site. Basically there is no we. So, moving on, I've redone the site design, again, but this time I think for at least the duration of an entire season. The new layout is not only more pleasing to the eye, but also much more functional and easy to navigate. One of the most important additions is the Community Builder component of the site, which gives much greater user functionality. Just click the tab up at the top of the page (if the page just reloads click it again, I'm working on a fix for that), and sign up for the site.
Once you've signed up you'll have access to a plethora of features including:
- User Forum
- A Profile
- Connections manager to keep up with your favorite Hurricanes fans
- In site messaging system
- Ability to submit weblinks
- And finally access to the Histowiki, which will soon be full to the brim with Hurricanes History
As summer gets closer expect to see even more exclusive features added like, weekly podcasts, photo upload privileges, and more. So, I know it's been a long tortuous wait, and I apologize for not sticking to it till the end of the season, but I'm back now, so keep checking in for more updates.
