Yes, once again I have disappeared from the internet, but this time I have a very valid excuse. My life in general has been up in....well it's been hell the past couple of years so I really haven't had any extra time to nurture all of my pet projects, of which this site is just one of. The good news is, I'm back, and hopefully this time for good. I'm settled in Boston going to Northeastern Univerisity, majoring in Psychology now.
Starting in September I'll also have a semi-perminent abode, and I don't forsee any chance of me moving out of Boston for a long time to come, I love it here really. I know what you all are going to say, now I'll turn Boston sports fan just because were hitting our stride. Unofrtunately this is not the case, if you'd read my new article over at Miami Heat Wired you'd know that I'm a long time Boston fan. My dad's from Italy, and he first landed in Boston a few years after his father had saved up enough money here to bring both him and my Noni.
Though he hates Boston with a passion, and has repeatedly asked me to move to any other city in the world, even gasp San Fransisco (inside joke), he's still an avid Boston fan, and thus that has trickled down to us, just like all of his other sports fervor (my dad is in fact a U alum). As for the site, not much changed. I've really just clean out the junk that was useless and time consuming (most notably the pre and post game writeups, instead I'll just be doing a weekly roundup with the focus to obviously be on the Hurricanes). I've also redesigned the logo a bit and have already been told the font is too small so don't worry at some point this summer I'll try and re-fix that. I've also finall fixed the login button which was, for a while there just a blank white space, and totally unreadable. Other than that, I truly glad to be back, my life is settled and here's to hoping we have a great year, things can only go up from here 'Canes fans don't worry. I'm, as we speak, working on my conference previews, as well as a schedule roundup and some other goodies, so keep checking or subscribe to our RSS feed. Jason P Macor
